We Walk By Faith, Not by Sight

“We walk by faith, not by sight….”
When I was on my way to Mo Ranch two summers ago, I had no idea what was in   store for me.  I was unaware of the fact that four days at Mo could completely
revolutionize my life in so many ways, but it did.  Every year since, my year has
revolved around the day when I would arrive there, because each time, I knew
that I was going to learn something that would help me become a better person.   This year’s verse, 2nd Corinthians 5:7, “We walk by faith, not by sight” struck me

why does this crap always happen to me??

Mood: Angsty

So, it seems that I have once again fallen for some random guy with whom I have absolutely no chance in the world. I really don't understand how this keeps happening to me, but it does.

Throughout the past four weeks, I've made some really great friends! I've learned to open up a lot, and let loose, enjoy myself around other people. I've had a ton of fun, and once again, fallen for a guy who will never give me the time of day.

Mac is pretty freaking amazing. He's smart, funny, easy to be around, and all those other cliche things that all girls secretly want in a boy. (nice, etc.) He's also a really strong Christian, which is pretty important to me.

and he didn't give me the time of day.

Thank for the favorite. Your poetry is interesting; it has good essence. I wish there was a little more articulation, some more clues about the nuance of it, but it seems solid in its concept and execution.

I think its absolutely hilarious the way you can be perfectly happy one minute, and the next, a flood of past emotion and memory comes at you, and you are suddenly drowning in a world of pain.
